Important: Volunteers never need to create accounts or log in. Only organization staff access the platform. Volunteer information is managed by the organizations they work with, and volunteers interact only through simple forms for sign-ups and feedback.
Data Retention
We retain account data for as long as your organization uses Volunteer.box. If you close your account, we delete your data within 30 days, except where we're required to keep it for legal or compliance reasons.
